Coming to terms

I know I've already talked about Baby Dominica, but it's so sad.

Dominica,

You were the most "wanted" baby ever. We were all so excited that we would soon get to see you. Only last week, your sisters were trying to guess your gender. We were all praying when your mom thought she had lost you the first time. Now we're all mourning your death.

Your mom told me she was so sorry I never got to hold you. Your sisters are hugging us because their arms are empty. Our hearts are broken because you aren't here anymore. But we know God's taking care of you.
