I grew up listening to Van Morrison with my mom, and still love him. So when I turned on the radio and heard it was his birthday, I just had to write a post about him. Or about how much I like him, as the case may be.
Probably my favorite album is Irish Heartbeat which Van recorded with the Chieftains. He is actually Irish, but this was sort of a new thing for him. They had to re-teach him to sing just so they could start!
